Shipments to Spain and Portugal:

Shipping costs will be automatically added to the total amount based on pre-calculated rates and adjusted according to the following tariffs:

Shipments to the mainland: €5.99. Shipping is FREE for orders over €50.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands: €12

Shipments to Portugal (except islands): €9.99

Delivery within Spain will be carried out by the MRW transport company. For special orders, other courier services may be used, and the customer will be informed before shipping. The delivery time is 24-72 hours.

In-Store Pickup:

You can make your purchase on our website and pick it up at our store located in La Manga del Mar Menor (Murcia). Simply select the “In-Store Pickup” option during the checkout process. You’ll have 7 business days to collect your order. Please present your ID and the confirmation email for verification. You can also authorize someone else to pick up the order on your behalf. If not collected within the specified timeframe, the order will be canceled, and the amount refunded.

Shipments to Europe:

International shipments will be handled by trusted couriers based on the destination (DHL, UPS, DPD, Fedex, etc). The transit time is 2 to 5 days.

ZONE 1: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg.

ZONE 2: United Kingdom*.

ZONE 3: Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Monaco, Sweden.

ZONE 4: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania.

ZONE 5 (Outside the EU): Norway and Switzerland*.

ZONE 6: Andorra*.

*Customs fees may apply at the destination, not included in the shipping rate for non-EU shipments. Transit time for these shipments may be extended due to customs procedures.

For special orders, deliveries on the islands, or specific volumes, an additional shipping charge will be assessed.

labotavara.eu reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice based on fluctuations in transportation rates.

Deliveries will be made to the location designated by the customer. Any visible anomalies or damage during delivery should be noted on the delivery receipt, and labotavara.eu should be notified immediately. Claims regarding shipping and delivery conditions cannot be made after 24 hours from delivery.

Returns:

The return of unwanted items after receipt may be made within a period of no more than fifteen days from the delivery date, with transportation costs being the responsibility of the buyer, who may opt for the exchange by another product or a refund of the price at the time of return, deducting shipping costs.

Only in case of breakage during transport or manufacturing defect, the return shipping costs will be borne by us. In such case, labotavara.eu will return the amount delivered within a period of no more than 72 hours.

The products are covered by the manufacturer's guarantees, this being the one who will attend to them, although it must be processed through the seller, for this the invoice/purchase delivery note must be provided with a clear indication of the model and serial number (if any). and date of purchase, so the first action should be to contact labotavara.eu who will guide you on how to proceed.

The guarantees in accordance with the law do not accept products in poor condition, abuse or manipulation not carried out by the manufacturer or a service designated by him.
